The Tallest and Greenest Tower of Europe from a Gas Company
Filed Under: Green Gadgets

The oil and gas industry of Russia has taken on a new life in the last decade. Capitalism and consolidation have increased the production and profits to great heights and we should also expect to see these companies making outlandish activities from these profits. Gazprom is the first in the state to run and is the largest company of Russia and third largest corporation throughout the world in terms of measures. The Gazprom have their headquarters in place of St. Petersburg and they would actually offer to pay nearly 49 percent of the project every year most peculiarly for the tallest tower of Europe in a city that never allowed any building to stand above 50 meters.
The Okhat tower is now on a go and apart from this it would be nearly 400 meters high as it would gain superiority over other 50 meter tall buildings. The Okhat tower would also be one of the best environmentally sustainable high rise towers throughout the world. The main reason for this is that it would have to be super insulated in order to maintain warm temperature during the 30 degree below zero winter of Russia. The double pained super insulated glass is compared to a fur coat in one of their press releases. However, they should have actually stayed away from the fur symbol among the American environmentalists. A few more environmental innovations are probably going to continue to leak out of the RMJM which is the British firm to design the tower.
