Most of the people who already have a cell phone might have probably gone through a number of handsets during their entire life. However most of the people just throw away their old handsets without giving it a second thought after buying a new one. This has led to a huge stockpile of all the outdated and used electronic products and they are starting to fill up the landfill sites and these are becoming larger and larger every day. To this is the perfect solution by the Green Cell battery which would end this dilemma thereby offering a single and standardized battery that is universal enough to fit almost any personal electronic device even cell phones.
The Green Cell concept has earned a third place at the Greener Gadgets Competition that was recently held in New York City. This concept has been designed by Richardson with his acquaintances Alex Williams and Charles Brill of RBW. This excellent battery has been manufactured without any toxic chemicals thereby making the battery safe and eco friendly. Apart from this, the battery can also be recharged or replaced through a local vending machine and you can keep your electronic device fully charged as long as there is a vending machine. Although this green cell battery is not as universal as the solar power but it is much more convenient than all that is wasted today as each cell phone would have a separate battery. You will just have to wait until this environmental friendly and sustainable battery would make its way in the manufacturing line.
