You must have always preserved that the international racing community is the only way to keep up with the promotion of alternative green fuel which helps in promoting the concept of renewable and green energy source. You must already be familiar that the Indy racing cars have already switched to bio fuels apart from the go-karting which is also much greener. The Radical SR9 LMP1 prototype of the British Eco racing team is powered through a modified version of earlier V10 engine that is found in VW Touareg that runs ion Shell GTL diesel. However, their plan is to run on a fuel that contains nearly 50 percent of bio component fuel and this is one of the many green proposals that pioneered this new car.

This race car uses bodywork parts that are totally made from biodegradable hemp fiber and it also includes solar panels that would power some of the electrical systems of the car. The car has also been liveried in water base and no petroleum base. The paint and the Dunlop wheels of the car would be recycled after use. This eco racing car concept is the latest venture designed by the sports car team of Ian Dawson as his team took the diesel technology and have spent nearly two years in developing this V10 engine to run on bio fuel that is made from the jatropha plant. Although the car might not be the fastest on the tracks, it is yet to undertake more research work in order to make it competitive with other cars in speed.
