If you have any of your old digital cameras or cell phones hidden in your store or drawers in your closet which do not have a practical purpose then just get them out. Second Rotation is website that is designed to be a home for all of your no longer loved and used electronics gadgets. During the month of January the company had announced that it had raised around $4.4 million in funding that was led by Venrock in order to expand the product list and ramp up the marketing. The website that was launched during the last July is a broker between eBay or any other electronics recycler and the consumer.
In order to upload your old cameras and cell phones, you just have to write the product name in the dynamic pricing application of Second Rotation. The rate and the type of shape your device is in the program would tell you what the Second Rotation would buy it for. You then just have to print the shipping slip and arrange for the same. Second Rotation would then rehab the goods that are to be sold on eBay. The CEO and Rousseau Aurelien the founder said that a small percentage nearly 10 percent would be sent to the reputable recyclers. People can also directly sell their products on eBay but it would be troublesome for a few consumers. As the electronic waste is a growing problem the Environmental Protection Agency launched a cell phone recycling program early this month with an effort to raise consumer awareness.
